Cheesy Baked Mussels with Garlic

Ingredients

2.2 lbs. (1 kg) mussels, cooked

1/4 cup (60 g) unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons (30 ml) extra-virgin olive oil

3 (3 g) garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup (15 g) flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

1 teaspoon (2 g) fresh dill weed, finely chopped

3/4 cup (75 g) breadcrumbs

1/2 cup (60 g) cheddar cheese, grated

Method

1.

Remove all the mussel shells without the meat.

2.

In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, oil, garlic, parsley, and dill. Then, add the breadcrumbs. Mix well. Spoon mixture and place on top of each mussel. Sprinkle with grated cheddar. Arrange in the Air Fryer basket. Do not stack, just cook in batches if needed.

3.

Cook in the Air Fryer for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

4.

Serve immediately and enjoy.

you can try this bud, Sirloin Steak 😀

Ingredients:

2 sirloin steaks (1 ½ inches thick)

1 teaspoon olive oil

1 teaspoon kosher salt

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Remove steaks from the refrigerator and let set at room temperature for 30 minutes.

  2. After 30 minutes, preheat air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  3. While the air fryer heats up, pat the steaks dry on both sides with a paper towel.

  4. Brush a light layer of olive oil onto the steaks on both sides.

  5. Generously season both sides of each steak with salt and pepper. Be sure to press the seasonings into the steak so they remain on the steak when flipping them over and transporting them to the air fryer.

  6. Add the steaks to the air fryer in a single layer and cook for 6 minutes.

  7. Flip the steaks and cook for an additional 6 minutes until the internal temperature is 145 degrees Fahrenheit for medium. See notes below for additional doneness temperatures.

  8. Remove steaks from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes.
