%referal_name% -> 0.000 BTC 1st tier commision -> 0.0000 BTC 2nd tier -> 0.00000 BTC 3rd tier

I suggested this ages ago, good to know its being considered now.

Well as long as it will be in compliance to GDPR(General Data Protection Regulation) UK,
and the likes from other countries, this is a good addition.
