i understand it can sometimes take a while but for most times it's pretty fast, as much as i'd like more responsibility i'm not sure it'd make sense for the very front line to have this sort of power for a few reasons, people discuss and talk with support everyday in main chat etc and being directly responsible for financial matters might tarnish that relationship? i don't know just thinking aloud really

See, I just wanted to make it clear that administrators can take a lot of time when they are busy with their work. If you get this right to your support, but assume that there will be no more problems because the supporters will do it and I think This will make the site better and I know this site will be much better than other sites as well as even better.
