So I went to this Casino because I had a 50 free Spin no deposit bonus code, and use it. After after the free spins I had about 4 mBTC. I was like hell yeah! Fiinancially Im not doing as well as some of yall, so that's a lot of money to me. But i kept playing Suddenly boom! Big win! my balance says 118mBTC and a notification pops up saying that ive completed my wagering requirments!! Attempt to withdrawal 10 mBTC just to see how it goes. Now im really getting exceited and start weeding through the terms and conditions because the withdrawal shows that its pending like for a really long time. I get ahold of support and ask them what's going on because I had noticed that after a day the withdraw said it was completed however an admin had done a balanced reversal and basically voided the withdrawal. After I asked him why he tells me that I must make a 5mbtc deposit and wager my deposit 10x. So I'm like okay, $6,000 for just an upfront cost of 300 sounds to me like a good deal. I'll borrow it from a friend and give it right back after my withdrawl. After completing that wagering requirement I attempted to withdraw the balance in full of 78.4 mBTC thinking that its goinh to be a good day. Log in a while later and I noticed that again the entire balance had been reversed to include my deposit. When I ask customer service why I was told that I had a Max bet rule of 1mbtc associated with my bonus. When I search through the playback I had completely stayed in with the parameters the entire way, topping out the highest bet with 0.86. When I brought this to attention I was then informed that because I had played a double up game on my winnings, it counts as me breaking the 1mbtc rule.
I really puts me in a hard spot because now not only are my hopes crushed, but now I'm 300 dollars in the hole with my friend.
