Vip Tag

As we all know, we all got our awards on daily basis at the end of all closing day by doing a thing or two I.e win or burst and deposit. Which is a good thing.

But I took time to ask @stan, what were the criteria he used in awarding vip tags to some specific players... And his response was very simple and straight..

But he suggested I put it here for we all to deliberate on and share the link with him.

So guys, ladies and gentlemen, please I will like you guys to deliberate on the criteria and the admin will look into it and see which they think is gonna make the site more interesting just as it had been so far.

I remember the day i was recognized as VIP , it was a momentous occasion and I was absolutley elated. Although this is a virtual world and limited to the perks they can offer Vip patrons, hence no limo rides, private jets, free hotel suites, tickets to shows , private gaming ect.. i believe they are doing an excellent job tending to their vip patrons.Becoming a vip is earned just like how duck feet are earned, its an acheivment. This thread is like someone who has no duck feet complaining why someone with 5 feet is getting bigger faucets and more of them. The last thing i want to see is vip being just a tag. ( maybe cause i have a vip tag😜)

not every vip is a high roller and vice versa, its about recognition. The one thing i see in common is that we are all caring and compassionate and unique .. so it would be very difficult to have a cookie cutter criteria for becoming vip.

as for me this badge have a great symbol...not just a highroller who wage high..id like to see some old players not just those 5 feets to have a tag,those who have been spending years being nice,being positive in chat and being super friendly in chat win or lose....frm there we can see a great example of an attitude towards others not just because of how much they did spent just to have the tag.hoping to see more VIPs that do contribute a lot in the community rather than just rolling and making huge wager thing.we are talking of a respective tag here so why not give a chance to those respective people aswell. -just my own oppinion-

i am stating a fact here have seen some vips that after they got the tag the attitude starts to change...im not saying in dd but im talking in general,sad but true so i want to see a change and make dd unique in its own way of standards. we are not aiming to be the best dice site,but we want to build a respective community in this field.a place where you can relax while rolling,and having a healthy conversation with others aswell.

I guess it really depends on what comes along with the VIP tag. If its literally just the VIP tag in itself, then I think theres no problem in allow for a few more to join even without a minimum wagering requirement. However, if there are other bonuses that VIPs are entitled to which normal players arent, then I think there definitely needs to be someting quantitative that must initially be met prior to it being voted/agreed on by admins and mods.

Obviously the thing that most use is total wager (normalized in BTC), however maybe you guys could also do the same for ones who reached a certain total profit amount since this new criteria was effective. If it's a negative amount though, I don't think it would be wise to give that player a VIP badge, at least specifically for the negative profit as they probably don't need to be enticed to play more if they've already lost a substantial amount.

Again i think what matters the most is what actually comes along with the VIP badge and whether it makes sense from a business standpoint to add new players who meet a certain criteria. After all, DD is a business and I think such decisions should help increase overall revenue for the site first and foremost (even if it is a long-term plan).
