coffee lover here?

My day wont be complete without coffee so i really research a lot about health benefits of it.When people think of coffee, they usually think of its ability to provide an energy boost. However, according to some research it can also offer some other important health benefits, such as a lower risk of liver cancer, type 2 diabetes, and heart failure.

How about you? Are you also a a coffee lover?

I love coffee, drink so much of it, everyday, can't wake up without it. There is nothing like the smell and aroma of freshly ground / roasted coffee before you drink it...so nice πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

idk if you guys also experience a headache everytime theres no caffein intake for the whole day? i always feel that everytime i dont drink any coffee.but when i have enough coffee yup its really an energy booster for me.

Coffee in the morning to wake up, tea in the afternoon to relax, hot chocolate for bed-time drink to sleep well :)))

eh i dont like hot choco or milk,tea is ok but mostly only coffee.

now ive switches to tea,.good for my stomach,.feel better since i started drinking tea in the morning

People most commonly drink coffee to relieve mental and physical fatigue and to increase mental alertness. Coffee is also used to prevent Parkinson disease, Alzheimer disease, dementia, and cognitive decline. It is also used to prevent gallstones, gout, type 2 diabetes, and certain types of cancer.

However, too much intake of coffee is seriously bad for your health.

yup thats why i got acid reflux rn tho i really cannot stop it now
