How to open Bitcoin Lightning channel to duck dice node?

Hello I have enjoyed using the new bitcoin lightning network feature that was recenly added, but I have had some transactions failing support has helped be in these situations but has also told me I need to open a channel. I have asked for more to open channel like node id but can't find more info on this. does anyone know? can you share your experience with using Lightning I run my own node and also use wallet of satohsi and both are having issues but have Worked in the past.
