Mutes for room jumping are there to protect players who chat all day in the EN room and to stop other players who normally chat in their own room, in their own langauge all day, coming into EN chat (or other chats) when there are rains or tips being given by other players.
When we see players jumping rooms for rain, posting chat spam posts (gifs/stats/general comments etc) with no real discussions or real content to anyone, then we are entitled to mute that player based on their chat spam / room jumping for rain.
Obviously if this was happening in your PH room, you would expect your PH room mods to mute and act accordingly.

theres a confusion,between the rules.english chat is open for everyone who speaks/understand english before.the only problem i can see here is when try to jump from one room to other room,includes aswell as the timing when theres a player who makes rain.lets straight this up and just make it clear that they cant do that anymore now.that rules change as time passes by.
