Nobody here is asking to “be grateful.”

What many of us are asking for is a real separation between casual users and serious players. In any competitive casino environment, players who bring higher volume are treated differently because they create more value for the platform.

I go to casinos in Las Vegas, and when you play at a certain level, you are not treated like everyone else in the crowd. You get access, attention, benefits, and real recognition. That is not charity. That is how serious business works.

The problem here is that many big players no longer see a real reason to stay. I personally know more than 10 high-volume players who stepped away because they did not feel there was any meaningful benefit for them anymore.

This is not about begging for bonuses. It is about the platform understanding where the real value comes from and building a system that reflects that.

Also, mentioning that over $150,000 was spent on distributions does not make the system look stronger. For casual players, that number may sound impressive. But for high-volume players, it can actually have the opposite effect.

When serious players see a platform presenting $150,000 as if it is a major benefit, it shows a clear disconnect between what the platform thinks is valuable and what big players actually consider meaningful.

Honestly, even if the number were $1 million, it would still depend on how it is distributed, who actually benefits, and whether the rewards match the volume being generated by the players.

A serious casino should not just announce a number and expect everyone to be impressed. Serious players look at real value, real treatment, real benefits, and whether the platform gives them a reason to stay.

At this point, I personally do not even treat this like a serious casino anymore. It feels more like a casual game. And that is exactly the issue.

Every player has their place, but serious players should have a reason to keep playing here.

There are places that have an annual cash award of 10% deposit return without stipulations, and that amount increases every year with a ceiling of 25%. But each of these places have failed to satisfy in other areas of long term player experience and not perfect. I dont think a perfect casino can exist, really. It is easy to see through gimmickry, though, and players with serious intent simply wont participate in it. I feel players over level 50 are a suit and tie crowd. individual investors. These individuals should not share in the same scheme as the clowns and jesters.

New Level System

Your account level now matters more across the whole site.

Level-Up Rewards

You now get cash rewards for leveling up.

Rewards are given every 5 levels up to level 70.

After that, rewards are given every level.

The first reward starts at level 5.

So instead of random boosters, you’ll now get money.
Boosters

Boosters are not removed, but they won’t come from level-ups anymore. They’ll be distributed through other promos.
Rakeback Changes

We cleaned this up and increased it.

Rakeback is now based on your absolute account level.

Max rakeback is now 30%.

Since DD Club is no longer active, bonuses are now named: Daily, Weekly, Monthly Rakebacks

Lossback

Lossback unlocks at level 40 and is tied to your actual level instead of paws.

Duck Hunt Weapon Levels

Weapon progression in Duck Hunt is now based on your absolute level, not paws.

About Faucet (Important)

Yes, we’re phasing out the Faucet. This is probably not a surprise to many of you, and it has also been frequently requested by the community.
Reasoning:

Faucets are expensive — really expensive — while offering poor control and targeting. To give some perspective, our faucet cashout budget was sitting at around half of the entire rakeback budget, and we have paid out €100,000 in a single cashout.

Faucet rewards were often:

• highly abuse-prone
• constantly multi-accounted
• botted
• poorly targeted
  That does not make sense long term and does not leave enough budget for other bonuses many of you have been requesting.

So instead of spending budget there, we’re redirecting it into systems that reward actual players.

Daily Wheel

We’re adding the Daily Wheel with actual rewards, such as:

Boosters

Sports free bets

Deposit bonuses

No deposit bonuses

Real money

Prizes will rotate over time.

StartDrop ~ $150,000

To launch this new system, we’re dropping ~$150k.

Eligible active players get rewards based on:

Wagering

Previous feet level

Deposit activity over the last 90 days

If your reward is over $10, it will come in 1 part if above 10 USD or in 3 parts:

Part 1 = claim within 30 days

Part 2 = 7 days after 1st claim

Part 3 = 14 days after 2nd clain

(Each later part has its own claim window.)

As for your concerns, we are reading everything and taking it seriously. Please understand a few things from our side as well.

First, the package we originally offered was built around having a highly available faucet for many years. Over time, we tightened things where we had to, but we still continued to support it and paid out in many situations where, financially, it probably did not make much sense to do so.

Second, regarding what happens now, we made the decision to create a transition package for our users. Many platforms in a similar position likely would not have done that. Whether people believe it or not, we do genuinely care about the community around the platform, and if we did not, we would not have invested time and resources into building a transition system at all.

We will all see together what it looks like once it launches, but we wanted to prioritize the people who have remained active on the platform more recently, rather than accounts that have been inactive for a long time. Loyalty does matter to us, and we did our best to reflect that fairly.
