I want to clarify my point with actual numbers, because looking only at the total bonus amount can give the wrong impression.

I have been a user since 2023, so this is not a short-term account or a random complaint. This is a long-term relationship with the platform, built over time, with significant deposits, withdrawals, activity, and trust.

Yes, my account shows around $25,784.40 in overall bonuses, but the breakdown matters. A large part of that amount came from competitive bonuses and event-based promotions, such as Easter, Christmas, contests, unique events, races, rain, and similar campaigns. These are not the same as a direct VIP appreciation bonus or meaningful retroactive recognition for the volume I brought to the platform.

For example, the account shows around $12,370.50 from Unique Events, $607.56 from Contests, $761.31 from Rain, and other bonuses connected to campaigns or competitions. These bonuses usually require participation, volume, timing, or competition against other players. They should not be treated as if they were personal VIP rewards.

On the direct VIP side, the numbers are very different: around $1,442.95 monthly lossback, $596.69 weekly lossback, and a one-time bonus of only $5.03. That is exactly where my concern comes from.

My total deposits are around $375,099.65, and withdrawals around $266,138.58. That represents significant activity and a serious long-term relationship with the platform. Considering that I have been here since 2023, the direct recognition does not feel proportional to the value delivered over time.

I am not ignoring the bonuses I received. I am saying that most of them were tied to promotions, events, competitions, and campaigns — not to a real VIP retention effort. That is a very important difference.

In other platforms where I play daily, the value returned to me is more direct and proportional to the activity I generate. For example, with 20k or 30k in activity, it is common to receive 2k, 3k, or even 4k in value over time. That makes the player feel valued, and in many cases, that value returns to the platform through continued play.

Here, I trust the platform in terms of withdrawals. I have made large withdrawals, including around 30k instantly, and that created trust. But trust alone is not enough to keep strong volume. A VIP player also needs to feel valued, especially after being loyal since 2023.

That is why I say that anything below 8–10% retroactively does not make sense in my case. I am not asking for crumbs, and I am not being ungrateful. I am simply comparing the level of value I bring with the level of recognition I receive.

If the platform wants to keep high-value, long-term players, the offer needs to reflect that. Event bonuses and competitive rewards are appreciated, but they are not the same as a serious VIP appreciation bonus.

Without something meaningful and fair, I do not see a reason to return with strong volume. This is not anger. It is a business decision based on value, history, and recognition.

I also want to add one important point that I did not mention before.

I currently have two other platforms that reimburse me annually with around 15% of my total yearly loss. I already showed screenshots of this to my VIP manager, and he explained that nothing could be done regarding retroactive compensation. I understand his position, but from my side, I also have to think logically.

If I deposit 10k or 20k here and lose, there is no meaningful future retroactive compensation. On other platforms, the same activity can generate significant value later. So naturally, I have to ask myself why I would bring large amounts here when other platforms offer a much stronger long-term return.

In one single bonus elsewhere, I received around 35k, and I also shared that with my VIP manager. Again, I understand that his negotiation power is limited and that here the review seems to be based mainly on the last 90 days. But for a long-term VIP player, that approach feels very limited and not competitive enough.

What is being offered here feels difficult to justify when compared with the value I receive elsewhere. I still keep activity here, as I do across several casinos, but I no longer feel comfortable bringing large amounts if there is no significant recognition in case of losses.

For high-volume players, this is not only entertainment. There is real risk, real volume, and real impact for the platform. A VIP player can generate strong value very quickly, but can also absorb strong losses very quickly. That relationship needs to feel balanced.

The reality is simple: if a platform wants to keep high-value players, it needs to offer high-value recognition. Otherwise, those players will naturally move their strongest activity to places where they feel better treated and better protected.

I am saying this without offense and without anger. It is just the honest reality from my side. I have said it before, and I remain firm in my position: I do not intend to bring large deposits to casinos that do not offer large and proportional rewards.

Nobody here is asking for a favor. A casino is a business, and the player is the customer. The house profits from the volume players bring, so the bare minimum expected is competitiveness.
If other platforms offer better bonuses, better levels, and better value back to users, then of course DuckDice will be compared to them. That is not being ungrateful. That is how the market works.
Gratitude is for a favor. This is a commercial relationship. I play, I generate profit for the platform, and I pay for the service indirectly. So I have every right to ask for improvements, transparency, and fair value.
If the new system comes worse than the competition, people will complain and many will leave. Simple as that. Times have changed, competition has increased, and any platform that thinks customers should “be grateful” for receiving less is stuck in the past.
