Level System

Also the 3 part claim is absolute bs!

From my perspective, the new system has some good ideas, and I do not want to completely dismiss the VIP program. Moving away from outdated mechanics and making the absolute account level more important can be a positive change.

However, there is one critical point that feels controversial: the system says it values older progress, but much of the real benefit seems to depend on recent activity, especially deposits and wagering from the last 90 days.

That does not fully reflect long-term loyalty.

A player who joined 120 days ago and deposited heavily during the recent period may receive more recognition than someone who has been playing for 3, 4, or 5 years, with real losses, real deposits, and long-term activity on the platform. In my opinion, that is not a fair way to measure loyalty.

The real value of an old player is not only what they did in the last 90 days. It is the full journey: total deposits, total losses, account age, consistency, long-term trust, and historical contribution to the casino.

Other casinos already recognize this better. Some provide annual retroactive rewards based on total losses. Others give global loyalty bonuses calculated over several years of history. That type of recognition makes long-term players feel valued.

Another point worth considering is how the user was acquired. If a player came through an affiliate, the casino has an ongoing acquisition cost. But if a player joined directly, through the community, organically, or because they already knew the brand, that should matter too. A direct player can be more valuable to the house because there is no affiliate commission involved.

So the main issue is this: if the new system focuses too heavily on recent activity, it may end up rewarding short-term volume more than long-term loyalty.

And when an older player is no longer depositing as much today, that should also be seen as a signal. Maybe the player is not inactive because they lost interest. Maybe they are playing elsewhere because other casinos are giving better long-term recognition.

That is exactly my case. I still play daily in other casinos with significant amounts, but I do not feel encouraged to bring that same volume here because I do not feel properly valued for my long-term history. In some places, I receive annual or global retroactive rewards. Here, after years of history, the recognition often feels very limited.

The new system may be better than the old one, but if it mainly values the last 90 days, then it is not truly valuing old players. It is mostly valuing recent activity.

Real loyalty should not be measured by only three months. It should include the full history of deposits, losses, time, trust, and long-term commitment.

Getatme nói:

When can we expect this to take place???

i think It will be at the beginning of the week, on monday.

Stan nói:

I sort of can not, I mean i can check per player but i will do so until the release probably, which i hope will happen on Monday, the amount of the individual bonus in so-called startdrop is 580 usd, it will be distributed in three portions, but no wagering required or anything

what does it mean exactky, startdrop of 580usd?

is that the starting pont for lvl40+ or lvl70+?

can you explain a little more on that please

Ok now to the really important stuff if feet gone how is the gif amount post limit per user determined or equal amount for each user?

I need atleast 2k$ bonus to forget about faucets

Faucet gone...  2k$

dont know if 150k usd stretches that far

I hope it's really enjoyable and I hope for recognition worthy of the time I've been loyal to the casino. I just find it strange that recognition in the last 90 days is the same, meaning 3 years here are equal to activity in the last 90 days, it's not quite what I expected. Hopefully it will be good for long-time members who are still here. No criticism, just reality. I'm eagerly waiting ;)

My opinion is that last 90 days review is aimed to compensate players as myself who have wagered and competed for the current 4 or 5 foots and now when it is time to take advantage of the higher faucet it is going to be taken away. This is really leaving bad taste to everyone affected. With all due respect to big long time players who were active in the past years, you were awarded promised rewards, including faucet bonuses in full. In my opinion there is not that much in your case to be considered as unfulfilled deal or promise. I do hope that 150k compensation will cover at least 2 months of faucet bonuses for the respective levels to bring at least some degree of fairness and retain the achieved level of trust.

As a side note to what Stan wrote about faucets, the guy who decided to cashout 100 000 from the faucet has actually did a big favor to the site, bacause he could have extracted his initial faucet hit and finish his plan on main mode and in the process win much more in terms of better edge, rakeback, level gain, faucet level gain, decoy. I can imagine that there was a bigger winners in this site history. You gave to that guy few dollars from faucet that day, not 100k. I hope we are on the same page here, because when I claim 12$ in total from faucet and lose them all before cashout, this does not mean that you gave me zero from your budget...

In any case it is your casino and you have the right to make changes. I do hope you will make this transition in a fair manner.

Dear players, here is a quick and humane update summary about the new level system + bonus changes that are coming soon.

We’ve been rebuilding the rewards system over the last months because parts of the old one were outdated, inefficient, and easy to abuse. This is a cleaner setup that rewards real players more.
New Level System

Your account level now matters more across the whole site.

Level-Up Rewards

You now get cash rewards for leveling up.

Rewards are given every 5 levels up to level 70.

After that, rewards are given every level.

The first reward starts at level 5.

So instead of random boosters, you’ll now get money.
Boosters

Boosters are not removed, but they won’t come from level-ups anymore. They’ll be distributed through other promos.
Rakeback Changes

We cleaned this up and increased it.

Rakeback is now based on your absolute account level.

Max rakeback is now 30%.

Since DD Club is no longer active, bonuses are now named: Daily, Weekly, Monthly Rakebacks

Lossback

Lossback unlocks at level 40 and is tied to your actual level instead of paws.

Duck Hunt Weapon Levels

Weapon progression in Duck Hunt is now based on your absolute level, not paws.

About Faucet (Important)

Yes, we’re phasing out the Faucet. This is probably not a surprise to many of you, and it has also been frequently requested by the community.
Reasoning:

Faucets are expensive — really expensive — while offering poor control and targeting. To give some perspective, our faucet cashout budget was sitting at around half of the entire rakeback budget, and we have paid out €100,000 in a single cashout.

Faucet rewards were often:

  • highly abuse-prone
  • constantly multi-accounted
  • botted
  • poorly targeted
That does not make sense long term and does not leave enough budget for other bonuses many of you have been requesting.

So instead of spending budget there, we’re redirecting it into systems that reward actual players.

Daily Wheel

We’re adding the Daily Wheel with actual rewards, such as:

Boosters

Sports free bets

Deposit bonuses

No deposit bonuses

Real money

Prizes will rotate over time.

StartDrop ~ $150,000

To launch this new system, we’re dropping ~$150k.

Eligible active players get rewards based on:

Wagering

Previous feet level

Deposit activity over the last 90 days

If your reward is over $10, it will come in 1 part if above 10 USD or in 3 parts:

Part 1 = claim within 30 days

Part 2 = 7 days after 1st claim

Part 3 = 14 days after 2nd clain

(Each later part has its own claim window.)

TL;DR

We’re moving money away from an unattractive system and into:

Level rewards

Better rakeback

Daily Wheel

Real player bonuses
No Faucet

That’s the direction.
More details will be announced after the actual update.

I'm level 66 and I've never gotten a reward for going up on any level. At least not that I'm aware of. Any chance we could get some retroactive rewards?

My wagered is 298 BTC... But qualified wager is only 131000USD... and passed 90 days... nothing fancy... which one actually counts?? Also... I understand Slivk Mustards frustration if she's right... what's up with getting paid for past level/feet??? Shouldn't it be for current level... like im a 77... but i got the level 70 bonus... so logically, I should get the 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76 and 77 with this system switch... right? In which case, you owe the Man an apology... but if she's right... I won't be around anymore... that would be super wacky...
