2nd thing is, have say 10 winning targets. there will be 10 places paid, rank 1 thru 10. but lay them out like this, a winning target would be anything that is X999. meaning 0999, 1999, 2999 etc. and most important forget about that any specific number wins a higher placing. any of those 10 target numbers is a potential winner, the placing will be based only on bet amount. so a roll of 4999 10 cents, versus a roll of 7999 20 cents, the 20 cents is the better one, rolll itself doesnt matter, only that is one of the 10 targets of X9999
