i tried this over and over again but i came to the realisation that i just have to keep smoking.
Never stop trying to give up, its really difficult I know from all my past experiences, but if you can give up, you will feel so much better and proud of yourself !
Day 35 - Had a bad day yesterday, had to call on all my reserve will power but made it through.....just. Not about wanting to smoke but just the feeling the nicotine strength of 6mg/ml is too low, but I'm gonna stick with it for as long as possible until it becomes normal.
Yesterday I did buy some 3mg/ml nicotine vape but will not be using this for a while until things settledown again.
Also just wanted to say thanks to each and everyone of you who has supported me in this thread topic, much appreciated !

Day 38 - Nothing much to report, still not smoking, vape going well.
Today, Sunday afternoon my pet pug dog gave birth to 6 beautiful pug puppies, mother and pups all doing well 😂😃
i do trying to quit around 1 year no smoking and it's work! but then start smoking again cause of my environment does not let me to quit .
i don't fucking care about my Girlfriend asking me to quit one thing i know if i want to quit then i will quit. so hopefully you have a good environment and there is always a way. i believe in that. GL

Day 42 - Last few days have been tough but still no smoking :)))
Have had to move my vape juice up to 16mg/ml from 6mg/ml because I was becoming very irritable and short tempered but now hopefully settled down again. I will stay on this for a few weeks now....

Day 48 - nearly 7 weeks now, not smoking cigs, feels longer and all good, breathing better, feeling a bit more energetic, lol
Still using the 16 mg/ml nicotine vape and plan to continue this for another week before attempting to drop down a level or 2 ;p

Day 50 - not smoking cigs, proud of myself but...
Had cronic toothache this week with a broken tooth which was removed at the dentist and started to feel not good with the vape (nicotine level) so have switched back up to 25mg/ml nicotine for the next week, then hopefully I will go back down to the 16 mg/ml nicotine vape again, temporary setback I hope.
