Minimum Balance to Tip

I think that there definitely needs to be a minimum tip and rain amount to prevent dust transactions, however I DON'T think that the system should prevent you from tipping at least if your balance is less than a certain amount. If you really want to TIP someone a certain amount, it shoudn't matter how much you have left after doing so.

Now in terms of RAIN, I think its wise to make it so that you have to keep a minimum in your balance, as ive seen some who accidentally type in an amount for rain thinking it was for total amount rather than per player. I think the minimum amount has probably saved at least a few from accidentally raining out their whole balance on accident. Now that would suck!

EDIT: Then again now that I think about it I believe one of the main reasons they force you to have the minimum amount is so that you can't faucet farm and continuously tip the amounts to another main account. Maybe only allow the no-minimum feature on deposited amounts only.
