Should be the penalty for doing a faucet withdrawal. It lasts for a week if I remember right.

When you wager more than 40% from just faucet within a week AND make a faucet withdrawal, you get 15 min cool downs for that week.

I've checked your TXs - exactly your case. What I also noticed - you got duplicates, so this extended cooldown applied to them as well.

And I see you are muted now - we don't love begging here.

Hey, I' m sorry to HEAR that

I ask in support many times about mute and ask for whe/where i begging For rain. In my opinion I think misstood about Langauge. because i bad english.

I think i make rain only in chat room and many time in all dice site,

It makes me lose a lot of sense because I write content to promote Duckdice on my website.

Dang that cool down. Really annoying boring etc.. etc.. whatever you want to say. No way to get rid of it within a week after getting it. Yeah it's free money but it's a little hope to recover after busting a lot/all. But the cool down is the worst thing. Can't use the faucet with proper way we want. The cool down timer hang between our brain always. 😠

NOTE: The same principle as negative/positive wager does not apply to the 40%. You must wd your funds and redepo if you do not want it to count against you.

I'd like to add the above note, in addition to your statement, I believe this is unclear to some people as it definetly was to me. Happened to me this week and its the only explanation I can think of.

I made the mistake of thinking that the same rules applied for negative wager so instead of wd I ran with it a little and i wagered 0.07 BTC after i hit 0.005 BTC from faucet and that wd landed me in 15 min cooldown land, currently still in it =\. and I know there was no way my faucet play before that 0.07 BTC run would have been 40% of my play for the week. I mean I wasnt keeping track but I know 12 hours before that faucet hit I depo and played at least 0.1 BTC wager. I mean I could be wrong. I'd like to know if I am.

I am apalled by what has just happened... I haven't had a wd in more than six weeks, in which I busted around 0.018 btc. Theoretically yes... I reached cashout twice, but TECHNICALLY I did not withdraw anything and I get a 15minutes cool down?? what does this mean?

You need to weager more from deposit or tips etc. If you weager more from Faucet within week then cooldown apply and i think it is right. So check your weager daily.

I strongly believe that as long as NOTHING was withdrawn from the website, the cool down policy should not apply.

Otherwise, this would imply that if you make a withdraw from a deposit, you should also get a cool down period

(which doesn't make sense) .

If main balance wager is positive, why would it differ when it's transferred from faucets?? What you are actually fighting are abusive withdrawals and not people who didn't withdraw a thing from the website , so you should be applying your policy when a user ACTUALLY withdraws money from the website.

This is also interfering with the user's free will and coercing them to adopt a specific strategy (Which should never happen in a dice game, a casino maybe, a tv show maybe, a dice game? hell no)
