Day 18 - Been feeling a bit sheety last couple days, pretty sure its from the massive drop down in nicotine content from the Vape juice but still not giving in or thinking at all about cigarettes, hopefully the cigarette side and the habbit/hobby of physically smoking at set times, like after meals for example is now broken for good.

Hopefully I can continue with the 6mg/ml juice until this becomes the "norm" over the next week or so, if not... will need to increase the strength again, which would be sad really....so that's my challenge right now.

Day 21 - (3 weeks) New's is kinda mixed really, had a really bad day, 2 days ago, the coil on the e-ciggarete burnt out, and the spare coil didn't work, and the Vape shop was closed, driving around everywhere looking for a new shop, thx Google for the directions, finally found a new shop, bigger, better and with more stock and better trained / advised staff, so helpful they were.

Bought a new vape machine, much bigger and much more powerful, no need to suck the sheet out of it to get a nice hit....wahaha.

Juice, ummm, still surviving just, with the 6mg/ml but have no immediate plans to lower this...let this settle down for a few weeks as my body/brain adjusts to the reduced nicotine levels.

Food, drink, taste so much better now, my clothes, my car, my home/rooms don't stink of smoke anymore, even my frineds that come to my house now don't smoke around me, or outside, even though I have never asked them not too...and my other non smoking friends say they are so pleased I made this journey.

No thoughts of cigerattes whatsoever, so I keep going...

The price for 1 is around USD $20 - $25, can be less or more, depends from which website or where you buy from, but they are very good in my opinion 😂
