Bob is really a soft stone, people make mistake and then blame others, i never saw bob in anger, having always pleasant mood

but honestly speaking. bob's fault is just a joke.

using that term is used to explain how others put the blame to others,instead of blaming their own. the reason why i said that bob is the schock absorber here. i think its lame to blame others just to escape the reality that its us whos fault why we bust sometimes.
