These are the strategies I go with faucets -

1. 0.05% win chance with $0.01 , 1 hit gives you $20

2. 0.5% win chance with $0.1 , again it gives you $20

3. 0.01% with $0.002 , gives you $20

4. 0.1% with $0.02 gives you $20

Try these strategies 1 by 1 , you get success in any of them.

max bet at 1% until win (my faucet amount allows this to give me close to $20 when it hits), then change to 79.91% with raise on loss 461% and) make starting bet $0.01 untill i see 4 reds in row then raise starting bet size to $0.06-$0.10 and run for a few bets, then as soon as I see a big green streak i lower back to $0.01 starting bet size. rinse and repeat until enuf to cash out! you can alter the %(not the 1% tho) and bet size slightly also. works great!!!
