Quick heads-up: we’ve updated Terms of Use Sections 5.6 and 8.4 to officially align with standard international sanction policies (including OFAC, UN, EU, and UK guidelines).

Here is the quick summary of what it means:

  1. Staying Compliant: DuckDice cannot operate in, or process transactions from, sanctioned countries, individuals, or platforms.

  2. Account Safety: Transactions flagged as violating these international sanctions may result in account suspension and the freezing of those specific funds.

  3. HTX Platform Restriction: Please note that DuckDice no longer works with or accepts any funds associated with the HTX exchange or its related platforms.

This is a standard legal step to ensure our platform remains secure, compliant, and open for the vast majority of our players.
