Hello DuckDice Support Team,

I am writing regarding a POL (Polygon) withdrawal that has not been received.

The transaction hash is:

0x614ae8d3f4567fdb977fad4088edfd872cb0e31f4648ec06914296e4a32c4643

The transaction has been pending for more than 2 hours, which is not normal on the Polygon network. On Polygonscan, it shows the following message:

“This txn hash was found in our secondary node and should be picked up by our indexer in a short while.”

I have checked multiple Polygon explorers, and the transaction does not appear in any of them, only on Polygonscan with the “secondary node” notice. This strongly suggests that the transaction was not properly propagated to the network.

Additionally:

This is the only pending transaction on Polygon lasting more than 1 minute in Polygonscan

Polygonscan itself indicates that this transaction may remain pending for days https://polygonscan.com/txsPending?&m=&p=2

As the recipient, I cannot rebroadcast, replace, or cancel the transaction only the sender can do that

Given these facts, it appears the transaction was broadcast from a desynced node or was dropped from the mempool, and it is unlikely to be confirmed on its own.

Could you please:

Check this transaction on your internal systems

Rebroadcast it
