Level Progression

How does the Level System work?
Our Level System is practically unlimited. While the current progression is designed around the first 100 levels, you can continue to climb as you play.

How do I level up?
You progress by wagering across our platform. Whether you are playing Originals, Casino, or betting on Sports, every bet contributes to your progress.

To keep things fair across different game types, we use XP (Experience Points)—a normalized measure of your total wagering activity.

More XP = Higher Levels.

Higher Levels = Better Rewards.

What rewards can I earn?
You will get Real Money that come fully unlocked (no wagering requirements on the reward itself).

Levels 1–70: You will receive a Real Money reward for every 5 levels you unlock.

Level 70+: Once you hit this milestone, you will receive a Real Money reward for every single level you climb.

• How XP is calculated

  XP (Experience Points) is a way to track your progress towards unlocking levels on DuckDice. To increase your level, you need to wager — the more you wager, the more XP you earn, and the faster you level up.

  XP is calculated using the following formula:

  XP = Wagering amount (USD) x 25 * XP Boost Percentage

  (XP Boost Percentage reflects any active XP boosters you have.)

  So for 1 USD bet you will get 25 XP.

What is the House Edge?

The House Edge on DuckDice Originals main mode is only 1%, giving you a 99% RTP (Return to Player). This means that over the long term, 99% of the total wagered amount is returned to players. Bonus Mode usually come with an increased House Edge of around 3%.

The House Edge on Sports is 0.5%, and in Casino games it varies from game to game.

In comparison, offline or traditional real-money casinos typically have a House Edge of 15% or more.

What is Luck?

"Luck" is a measure of how your results compare to what would statistically be expected based on random outcomes. It does not take the value of your bets into account, only the outcomes.

• When you win more than expected, your Luck goes above 100%.
• When you lose more than expected, your Luck falls below 100%.

The more you bet, the more accurate your Luck measurement becomes, as it's based on a larger sample of outcomes.

What is a Qualified Wager?

Qualified Wagering includes:

• All sports bets placed with the Double amount feature.
• All bets in Main Mode.
• All Casino games.

Qualified Wager is updated hourly.

What are the numbers under my username?

These numbers represent your level based on how much you’ve wagered.

There are 10 Progress stages:
Newborn, Rookie, Amateur, Advanced, Pro, Master, Grand Master, Elite, Grand Elite, and the ultimate title — Legend. Your Progress stage shows where you stand compared to all other ducklings.

Your level increases according to your total cumulative wagered amount. The more you wager, the higher your progress stage.

There are 99 steps to climb before you reach the top.

• What is XP?

What is a Vault account?

The Vault is a responsible gambling feature built into your main account that lets you securely set aside funds you don’t want to risk losing.

If you feel like you "don’t trust yourself," funds stored in the Vault can be locked for a certain period of time. Locking will temporarily restrict access to those funds within your account, promoting disciplined financial management and responsible gaming.

The minimum amount you can transfer to the Vault is around 5 USD and of course no withdrawal limits or fees applied.

What is Swap?

Swap feature allows you to trade one cryptocurrency for another instantly and on-site. Swap has been designed for players convenience and does not serve as a primary function of DuckDice's service. You can exchange all currencies that are supported by the game, current exchange rate will be displayed during transaction.

What is Rain?

In case of a rain sent by a player - rain is a chat feature that allows one player to send some coins to multiple players at a time. It is usually done as a courtesy after a good win, or just to cheer up people in the chat.

In wintertime, rain is renamed to snow.

What is Rainbot?

In case of rain sent on behalf of DuckDice.io - Rain is an automated bonus feature that is designed to cheer players who are both active in the chat and in the game. The Rain disregards chat room divisions and combines players from various rooms into a single rain event and potentially occurs as often as once every half an hour including both cryptocurrency and Decoy tokens. The amount per rain, currency and amount of receivers may vary.

What is Tip?

Tip feature allows one member to send some amount of coins to another. Transaction fee is not applicable.

Keep in mind that this feature has been designed for tipping and not for fund transfer, member will not be allowed to send his last funds to another.

Tipping feature will be unlocked at level 20 for both sender and receiver.

What is the Referral?

Any DuckDice member can join the Referral program and earn crypto for referring people to play the game.

Anti spam/scam filter in Private Messages?

Our Private Messaging is equipped with automated spam/scam detection system. This means that every message you receive is being scanned by a security algorithm (not a person) for potentially harmful content. If the security algorithm evaluates incoming message content as harmful, it will notify you immediately. Making a final decision on whether the content is dangerous and need to be reported is up to you.

Note: the filter is a detached algorithm and does not allow administration reading your incoming messages. Only after you will report a certain user, DuckDice's Team may request a conversation log to make a final decision on account mute or ban.

How does Currency Equivalent work?

The "Set currency equivalent" feature allows you to display your cryptocurrency bet in USD or EUR equivalent.

You can choose to see fiat equivalent as a small hint displayed on hover or set fiat equivalent as the default currency. If you choose "Set as default" every bet amount can be entered in USD/EUR and every bet placed will be displayed in EUR/USD. But note that every bet will be still settled in crypto!

When you set fiat equivalent as default currency you can place a bet by simply typing USD/EUR values but please make sure you understand that these amounts are very approximate. We update the exchange rate once in 10 minutes. And updated exchange rates can only be applied after page refresh, so for volatile currencies, we recommend always check crypto value that is displayed as a hint often or just enter amounts in crypto.

All bets are settled in the crypto! Fiat equivalents are mere approximations of value in USD/EUR made for your convenience.

What is DuckDice?

How does chat works?

You can chat with other players while playing dice. In order, to unlock chat, you have to place some amount of bets.

Our chat support full stack of emojis and you can set your avatar. All your chat messages can be edited in order to fix your typos or be deleted if desired. VIP customization allows additional unique chat visibility features.

Our site is fully optimized for mobile, just open it at any browser on any mobile device and play as usually. For iOS and Android you can save tab on home screen feature to have more native experience.

What betting modes can I choose from?

There are three betting modes:

Manual - every bet should be manually placed (hotkeys are available too). This is the slowest mode for those players who want to check stats after every bet and have time to change the strategy after every few bets.

Auto - this mode rolls automatically and you can set up various strategies. This option will show per game statistics and can be reset any time, there's 3 speed settings.

Flash - you can instantly place as many bets you as wish, all at once, note that you can only check full statistics after the Flashbet game. Flash bet is insanely quick, you can possibly place 100,000,000 bets a session.

Advanced Presets - is an extension of Auto and Flash betting that allows implementing any strategy by creating a set of Rules. Rules can be applied for Bet, Profit, Sequences, etc. Each rule will then be applied in a top to bottom order.

What is Manual Betting?

Manual mode will require every bet to be placed by an explicit action. In order to start, set up your bet by specifying:
Bet Amount – amount of crypto you want to place;
Game type – Low, if you think the next roll will be smaller than the target number, displayed on the field. High, if you think the next roll will be greater than the target number;
Win Chance – the lower the chance, the higher the payout.
Hit ROLL.

Then a random number between 0 and 9,999 will be generated and compared to the target number in the following way:

If the chosen GAME TYPE is LOW and the random number is LESS than the target number then RESULT is WIN, otherwise LOSS;
If the chosen GAME TYPE is HIGH and the random number is GREATER than the target number then RESULT is WIN, otherwise LOSS.
In case of WIN, your WIN AMOUNT equals to BET AMOUNT times PAYOUT to your BALANCE. In case of LOSS, your WIN AMOUNT is 0.

Please note that due to rounding Win Chance to the hundredths instead of displaying all digits after comma, a user can see a different Payout amount with the same Win Chance.

What is Auto Betting?

Automatic Betting allows you to use an automated betting strategy. But before you do though, make sure you understand the Automatic Betting (Autobet) settings:

• Bet amount: in this field, simply put how much cryptocurrency you wish to play per bet, remember, autobet goes fast, so make sure you have set the amount correctly.
• Win chance: in this field, put in what % you wish to play for, this will also automatically change the "payout" field, you can bet anywhere between 0.01% (9900x) your bet amount, all the way up to 98% (0.02x your bet amount).
• Payout: calculated on the go based on Win Chance, for example 99x is 1%, 2x is 49.5%.
• Profit on Win: this number above the Roll or Start button automatically changes based on bet amount and win chance fields. And cannot be altered by you, it simply lets you know how much you could win.
• Number of Rolls: leave this field blank if you wish to roll for an unlimited amount of rolls (or until your balance cannot bet anymore at the bet amount you've chosen), or set it for 100, you will roll for 100, set it to 5, you will only roll 5 times, input any roll limit you wish.
• Change bet by: in this field, you put a % you want to increase or decrease your base amount after a lost or won bet.
  If you are betting and you want your bet to increase by 1% simply enter 1%.
  If you want to decrease? The same but in reverse, want to decrease by 1% simply enter -1%.

You can have both On Win and On Loss increase set at the same time, however, be careful to make sure your balance can cover the wild increases.

• Reset to base bet: enabled by default, this option will switch every consequent bet amount to the initial value that was set in the start of an autobet game. This option will disable On Loss/On Win.
• Stop autobet: once enabled, this option will stop autobet either after first won bet if under On Win, or after first lost bet if under On Loss.
• Stop if balance: in this field you can set a min and max balance that the autobet will not let you go under or above.
  IS LOWER – autobet game stops if your balance is less than the specified amount.
  IS HIGHER – autobet game stops if your balance is greater than the specified amount.
  For example, you start with 300k satoshi and don't want to spend more than 150k in this game, so you may set IS LOWER 0.0015. Or set IS HIGHER 0.006 if you want to change tactics after doubling the balance.
• Allow switch Under/Over mode: you can switch High/Low mode during the autobet game if this option is on. High/Low mode can be switched automatically or manually.
  While using automatic switching you may choose one of the following methods:
  On Loss - after every lost bet the side will be switched to an opposite from what it were.
  On Win - after every won bet the side will be switched to an opposite from what it were.
  Each Bet - change side after every bet despite bet result.
  You also may switch Under/Over mode manually during the autobet.
  Be aware, when manually switching High/Low modes they may switch later than expected in case of the slow Internet connection and cause unsuspected effects!
  Quick Settings: apply previously saved presets for quick settings of the Autobet games.

What is Flashbet?

It's a way of automatic betting which grants an ability to roll predefined amount of bets on the highest possible speed DuckDice can produce at the moment.

Flash Betting is set in the same manner as Auto Betting. Just as with a regular Autobet first you have to specify some of the parameters, such as:

• Bet Amount - required to start the game.
• Win Chance - this parameter is required always.
• Game mode - can be either High or Low.
• Max Bet Amount - will limit maximum value of your Bet Amount.
• Bets - will limit total amount of placed bets.

You can have both On Win and On Loss bet amount increase set at the same time, however, be careful to make sure your balance can cover increases. Reset to base bet: enabled by default, this option will switch every consequent bet amount to the initial value that was set in the start of a Flashbet. This option will disable On Loss/On Win.

• Stop Flashbet: once enabled, this option will stop Flashbet either after first won bet if under On Win, or after first lost bet if under On Loss.
• Stop if balance: in this field you can set a min and max balance that the Flashbet will not let you go under or above.
• Allow switch High/Low mode: will switch High/Low mode automatically during the Flashbet.

You may choose one of the following methods:

• On Loss - after every lost bet the side will be switched to an opposite from what it was.
• On Win - after every won bet the side will be switched to an opposite from what it was.
• Each Bet - change side after every bet despite bet result.
  Quick Settings: allows to save and use Flashbet parameters as presets.

My Presets: contain all your previously saved strategies. Choose a strategy from a list to apply its configurations.

After all desired and required parameters has been set you just need to press Flash button.

How Flashbet is different from Autobet?

Flashbet allows placing hundreds of bets in an instant, however, once you start it there will be no quick ability to manually stop, pause or do any changes to parameters and you will have no ability to check live statistics. The Flashbet will stop automatically by one of the specified criteria, due to insufficient user balance or by hitting stop button - however no one can tell how many bets will pass before it will actually stop.

After and during (however not live) long Flashbet game you will have an ability to check its statistics on a graph and directly on the game field you will see:

• Bets,
• Luck,
• Wins & Losses,
• Profit,
• Wager.

It's necessary to specify Bets number to start Flashbets game. On the other hand, you don't need to do it with Autobet which can run as long as possible. Max amount of bets in Flash is 100,000,000 which might take a day.

Note: bets placed during the Flashbet games aren't taken into account in Lucky Bet bonuses.

What is the minimum bet?

The current minimum bet amount is 0.00000001 BTC. You can check the equivalent amounts in other supported currencies by clicking MIN under the bet amount field. Please note that in games with high winning chances, the minimum bet amount may be higher to maintain positive Profit on Win.

What is the maximum win?

The current maximum win amount per single bet is 300,000 USD or its equivalent in other currencies.

What is the max & min win chances?

The maximum win chance is 98% and the minimum win chance is 0.01%.

Are all bets fair?

DuckDice uses a provable, cryptographically fair system which means you don’t have to trust us blindly, each roll is cryptographically fair and can be verified to be manipulation free. Our RNG (random number generator) is audited and licensed.

In order to verify your bet just follow instructions can be found on the Bet window, to open the window you should simply click on any bet in the bet history.

How can I check game session statistics?

Your game statistics is shown directly on the game screen and it can be checked later in the Player Info window. The following statistics are constantly shown during the game:
Stats:

• Wins
• Losses
• Luck
• Profit
• Wager
• Bets
  You can reset statistics at anytime. If you wish to start a new autobet session with a clear statistics you can turn on a corresponding setting. The stats reset settings, game speed, sound/animation setting, hotkeys, eco mode, etc. can be found by clicking on the gear icon.

What happens if I refresh page?

When you are playing in Manual or in Flash page refresh affects nothing in your game.

When you are playing in Auto page refresh stops it.

Can I play from more than one browser tab?

Playing in several tabs will have no difference whatsoever from playing in one tab. All bets, despite browser tab or device are made consequently.

Please, keep in mind that multiple accounts are not allowed.

What is High Rollers tab?

This is "Big" bet list. In order to appear in the High Rollers tab your bet or win amount must be greater than 200 USD.

What is Advanced Presets?

Advanced Presets is a special extension to the Auto and Flash betting designed for players who want to implement custom or complex strategies. Any strategy can be implemented by creating a set of Rules which then can be saved as a reusable Preset. Rules can be applied for Bet, Balance, or Sequence. Each rule will then be applied in a top to bottom order, one by one for every placed bet.

Created Preset then can be updated or deleted. Classical strategies such as Martingale, d'Alembert, Paroli, and Hybrid Strategy are available from the box.

To apply the existing Preset click the Load Preset button and choose Preset from the dropdown list. New Preset can be saved either as a New one or as an update to existing.

Presets without specified bet amount can be applied with any currency at any time.

Presets with specified bet amounts are available for only one currency. They also can become invalid if the currency rate changed and the specified sum is below the minimum bet amount.

It's possible to save game settings of other ducklings as presets. Just ask your friends to share successful sessions.

What are Casino games?

DuckDice features games from multiple casino providers. These games are created and controlled by third-party studios, and each provider has its own game mechanics, volatility levels, bonus features, and payout rules. Our goal is to give players a wider selection of high-quality slots and instant games while keeping the interface simple, familiar, and fully integrated with your DuckDice balance.

Why are some games unavailable?

Game availability is determined by the provider and the specific game setup, not by DuckDice. Certain providers restrict access based on region, currency, licensing requirements, or internal configuration. In some cases, a game may temporarily go offline for maintenance or updates performed by the provider. If a game is restricted, unavailable, or disappears, it is almost always due to the provider’s settings rather than DuckDice’s platform. We will continue optimizing compatibility, but final control always lies with the game provider.

Why does RTP differ between games?

Each game has its own RTP set by the provider. RTP may vary even within the same provider. You can check the RTP inside the game’s info section. DuckDice does not modify these values.

Do DuckDice bonuses work in Casino?

Not all bonuses are supported at launch. We are adding compatibility for more DuckDice bonuses, but some limitations depend on the provider. Updates will follow as features roll out.

What is Range Dice?

Range Dice is a new way to play classic DuckDice Dice game, built on the same 0–9999 dice mechanic. But instead of betting over or under a number, you choose a range—for example, 4000 to 6000—and if the roll lands anywhere within that zone, you win. The smaller your range, the lower your chance to win, but the higher your payout. It’s a straightforward risk-vs-reward trade-off, ideal for players who like more control over their strategy.

Where can I find Range Dice?

Range Dice is technically a separate game from the standard Dice , and you can find it by heading to the top of the screen. Click on the Dice dropdown menu, and you’ll see Range Dice listed there. Or just go straight to Range Dice if you want to skip the clicks. It has its own page and layout, but it still works off the same proven dice mechanics behind the scenes.

Is my balance shared?

Yes—your balance is the same across all games on DuckDice. Whether you’re betting in Dice, Range Dice, or jumping into Sports, your funds stay in one place. No transferring, no separate wallets—just seamless play.

Can I use auto or flash?

Coming soon but yes you would! Range Dice will support auto, and flash betting modes with advanced presets, just like regular Dice. Whether you like to click every roll yourself, set up a strategy and let it run, or go full speed with flash mode, all those options are available here too.

How does the payout work

Payouts in Range Dice are based on the size of the range you select. A wider range gives you better odds but a lower payout. A narrow range? Harder to hit, but much more rewarding. As you adjust your range, you’ll see the win chance and payout multiplier update in real time—so you always know what you’re getting into before you roll.

The house edge for Range Dice is 1% which gives you RTP 99%, which is the same as our classic Dice game. Also, DuckDice offers rakeback rewards for all players, and VIPs can get even more. That puts your effective RTP over 99% — solid odds in the casino world.

Bonuses and Range Dice?

Unless stated otherwise, wagers made in Range Dice count toward most promotions, including airdrops, lossbacks, or wager-based events. If we’re running a campaign tied to wagering, and Range Dice is included, you’ll be able to join in just by playing.

However all bonuses are by default included, we did not add a demo mode support for a Range Dice, please use Demo with classic Dice.

Please note that fiat transactions processing time depends on your deposit/withdrawal method all relevant information will be provided during the operation.

With these currencies you can make deposits and withdrawals, place bets in all game modes. A deposit Bonus can be claimed with a Fiat balance and the Deposit Bonus balance will be created in fiat currency. Rakeback bonuses, Sniper Race bonuses, Special Modes bonuses are eligible for Fiat wagering but prizes will be credited in crypto. However, you can't tip or send rain to other players in Fiat. What is Instant Deposit?

We do not want our ducklings to wait around for confirmations. So with this in mind - we offer to credit your Deposit Instantly. However we do require a good deposit fee in order to avoid double-spends. Required fee amount will be displayed on the Deposit screen and changes frequently to keep in line with the average fee of whichever coin you are using.

Please keep in mind that you will not be able to withdraw until the instantly credited transaction reaches it's appropriate amount of confirmations. This is the same amount of confirmations that we require for Deposits to be credited that do not meet the instant criteria.

Note, although most Deposits that meet the criteria do get credited instantly, they may not always do so. This is for various reasons such as average fee rapidly changing for a particular coin and is out of DuckDice's control.

Any Deposit with amount greater than specified in Wallet, can't be credited instantly and will require an appropriate amount of confirmations.

How long until Deposit is credited?

Notes:
Transaction need to have a decent network fee and propagate across the cryptocurrency network.
Required amount of confirmations doesn't depend on deposit amount.
In general, each Deposit requires 1-10 minutes to be credited.

What to do if my Deposit was not credited?

Is there a minimum deposit amount?

While many currencies have no minimum deposit requirement, some have specific thresholds. Users are advised to check their wallet page for the most up-to-date information on minimum deposit amounts for each currency.

How to Withdraw?

What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

Do you have a Withdrawal fee?

The withdrawal fee is required by the network and is not charged by DuckDice. Essentially, it’s a payment for using the network.

What is a Voucher?

A Voucher is an internal method for deposits and withdrawals on sister projects Tower.bet and DuckDice.io. Every voucher can be cross used on both platforms despite where it was created. There is no commission to create a Voucher (which is essentially a Withdrawal) or redeem a Voucher (which is essentially a Deposit) on both projects. The full amount will be converted into a Voucher and the same amount in the same currency will be redeemed in either game.

To create a Voucher navigate to Tower. bet's Withdraw tab or DuckDice's Withdraw window and choose Voucher. Specify the amount and currency and hit withdraw. The full specified amount in the selected currency will be converted into the Voucher. Be aware that any player can redeem your Voucher so make sure to keep your Voucher code secret.

To redeem a Voucher navigate to Tower.bet's Deposit tab or DuckDice.io's Deposit window and choose Voucher. Enter the Voucher code and hit Deposit. The full amount in Voucher's currency will be added to your game balance.

Note that we bear no liability nor supervise buying and selling vouchers. Buy/sell or gift at your own risk.

What are Skins?

You can top up your game balance with CS:GO and Dota 2 items via the Skinsback payment provider. An item that is priced at $4 and higher can be deposited and then automatically converted into one of our supported currencies. The commission is 0%. We accept almost all items and offer the best prices among competitors

Note that at the moment Skins withdrawals are not available.

What is Rakeback?
