I’d like to share some structured feedback on different aspects of the platform. Hopefully, this helps make the experience fairer, more fun, and less exploitable:
- Rewards & Bonuses
I’d prefer fewer but bigger bonuses. The current system feels too fragmented with small amounts that don’t add up meaningfully.
On platforms like Primedice or Stake, I really enjoyed that level-up bonuses started at around $50 and monthly rewards were always a pleasant surprise.
A single rakeback bonus would be more impactful than splitting it into daily, Friday, and monthly parts.
Alternatively, the old faucet system was simple and useful. The current “duck throwing pennies” setup feels odd and less motivating.
- Rain System
The claim that rain is random doesn’t match what the stats show. Some users clearly receive it far more often, which doesn’t align with the original intention of the rain update.
If rain is based on behavior, it can and will be exploited.
A fairer approach would be: make it truly random, and scale the amount by feet/level. That way it rewards engagement but stays fair and non-exploitable.
- Chat Experience & Bot Activity
Please consider a word filter for repetitive “gl / congratz” spam. Endless congratulations for tiny rains add little value.
The DuckDice bot often spams during active conversations. Ideally, it should:
Be less active when chat is already busy.
Be more active when chat is quiet.
The level/feet data messages could also be made more compact to reduce chat clutter.
- Moderation & Fairness
It’s concerning that mods can participate in tips and rain while also having moderation powers.
Mods have the ability to mute users, which could indirectly affect who catches rain.
Even if unintentional, this creates an unfair advantage and undermines trust.
To keep things fair, mods should ideally not be allowed to gamble, tip, or receive rain.
Also worth noting:
If someone is very active with tips/rain, the decision to mute them might not be as “neutral” as it should be. That’s a conflict of interest.
- Positive Notes
I really appreciate the GIF cooldown bypass (“unlimited gifs”) feature — that’s honestly a dream come true and a lot of fun.
