We do not FIX our service by a request of a one user, we have thousands of customers and no matter how hard we try we can not develop a designated feature for every one of him.
We do provide a mechanism for a self-ban or for a revoking a consent if you are not satisfied with our services, though.
As for an account Jamyr1, here are some stats:
Level 0 - this clearly display that user is not a deposited player
Total Free Bonuses credited for an account lifetime by DuckDice BTC \~0.1841 ; LTC 1 DOGE \~7500.
Since today user Jamyr1 once again contacted DuckDice administration with a threat of starting an accusation Because DuckDice has credited him a bonus in 2017 and he don't know to where it went.
As we do try to please every customer, the abuse of this will not be tolerated.
Due to our Terms of Use:
2.4 DuckDice reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time for any reason, without notice, and without liability to you.
2.6 We reserve the right to refuse access to the Service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Summary: Jamyr1 is forever banned on DuckDice and any further access is restricted.

I am ripped off. Faucet correction takes my -0.00120846 BTC with no reason. I didn't use faucet. I email it on [email protected] with no answer. Everytime i wd with no problem and there it is 100% fair, but now i feel like bad and confuzed from this acident. Every case till now there was no problem with dd. Seems it is some mistake i think.

You made depo just for withdraw bonuses

I deposited 0.02BTC and it went through the Blockchain but now DD is stating the transaction was rejected although it has been confirmed and credited to my account. I am unable to withdraw or play so the funds are stuck on this account.
What is needed for me to play it to withdraw because I essentially have $1,000 stuck in limbo.

yesterday i have tried to get from faucet to payout and i lost all at 7$. more than 5 times or so .
- some time i reset seed very often
- some times i reset seed various of time
- two time i reset seed at beginning
- and i dont reset the seed for some time
now i think resetting seed dont care about the luck.
but is very weird that i lost all nearly at the same amount, nearly at the same betting duration

There's nothing weird about it though , it can simply happen , our dice game is provably fair which means you can actually verify each bet for authenticity
